|"Your Honor, Ms. Williams put forth heroic efforts to convince me that her client was innocent...to show me he had
not committed a crime but made a mistake, and had used bad judgement, and had been scammed ...
and Your Honor...I agree. I Nolle Prosse (DROP) all charges."
---- Criminal Defense. State Prosecutor to Judge on record in open court after Ms. Williams had already rejected two plea deal offers on record in open court at two prior
hearings, and renewed demand for Trial. The client was a prior convicted felon with new felony charges in this case.
"I've been doing these cases for 6 years, and you're the first attorney that I've seen win it! I've never seen an attorney convince the State
(DCF) and the Judge to change its mind in this type of case. I saw that Judge go from leaning back with his mind already made up that DCF
was right, to sitting up, then to leaning forward when you presented your case. I am really impressed!"
----State Regional Counsel/Attorney re: Ms. Williams' success at Trial against DCF (she won). Elder Neglect and Abuse case.
YOU AND GIVING ME SUCH GREAT ANALYSIS...IT IS BEYOND CLEAR THAT YOU DO A PHENOMENAL JOB"
---Iara Morton, Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
|"For the first time since AHCA contacted me, I can sleep at night knowing Ms. Williams had my case."
-- ALF Owner/Nurse
Administrative Law. Both a resident committed suicide and a staff member died at the facility during the same night.
AHCA filed to take his license and close his facility. Ms. Williams defended the case. The revocation charges were eventually dropped, and the
ALF remains open under the same ownership without restrictions.
|"Good evening Rawsi,
I want to start off by thanking you for the all the time and effort you put into helping me get my life back together...."

Ms. Williams took her case pro bono (free) from the Public Defender's office after the client rejected a plea deal offer and demanded Trial. Later, with Trial scheduled for the upcoming
week, and after Ms. Williams had filed Discovery, subpoena, witness list, reviewed the photos and 911 call, and met with the Prosecutor, the State announced Nolle Prosse/dropped the
charges at the hearing a week prior to Trial.
|"Thank you Ms. Williams. We were so worried that we would not be able to take care of our residents and our own families
since we couldn't bill Medicaid anymore You fixed this for us. Thank you so much!"

|"I didn't know you could get AHCA's Final Order overturned! I thought when they said you have to close, you HAVE to close
right when they say you do!! I would have lost everything! Thank you Ms. Williams, this is all I had.
-- ALF Owner
Administrative Law Appeal. AHCA revoked this ALF's license and ordered the facility closed within 30 days via Final Order, after dismissing the facility's hearing request on a procedural technicality. Ms. Williams
appealed and sought stay of AHCA's Final Order through the Appellate Court and prevailed. Three times throughout this Appeal, AHCA filed separate Motions to have the stay lifted and close the ALF.
Each time, Ms. Williams submitted her Objection and prevailed for the ALF against AHCA, including against AHCA's Chief Appellate Board-Certified Counsel.
|Even other Attorneys retain her as Expert Witness, Co-Counsel, and Consultant
|The speech you are hearing is "Lead Through Service" spoken by Ms. Williams as Commencement Speaker for FAMU College of Law. It is posted in honor of the late Ms. Stephanie Holston, R.N., Ms. Williams'
great friend and colleague who passed away from Cancer in 2015, and who recorded this speech on her cellphone unbeknown to Ms. Williams (so please excuse the sound clarity.) Ms. Williams received two standing
ovations from the entire Faculty, graduating class, audience, and special guests including FL Attorney General Pam Bondi, who subsequently stood at the Podium in front of the entire assembly and requested Rawsi
work at her office. Stephanie, this is for your great legacy of Service.
